1. Definitions

2. Eligibility

You retain ownership of all business data that you create, upload, or store within BizInvoice. By using our Services, you grant us permission to:

7. Data Accuracy

BizInvoice does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may occasionally be unavailable due to:

remain the exclusive property of BizInvoice and its licensors.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizInvoice shall not be liable for:

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
