Refund & Cancellation Policy for BizInvoice

At BizInvoice, we strive to provide reliable and valuable business management software for our customers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations and refund requests are handled.

By purchasing a subscription to BizInvoice, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Subscription Services

BizInvoice provides digital software services including, but not limited to:

  • check_circle Billing & Invoicing
  • check_circle GST Management
  • check_circle Inventory Management
  • check_circle Customer Management
  • check_circle Employee Management
  • check_circle Reports & Analytics
  • check_circle Multi-Branch Management
  • check_circle Business Automation Features

As BizInvoice is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, access to the software is provided immediately upon successful subscription activation.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Upon Cancellation

  • check_circle Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • check_circle No additional charges will be applied after cancellation.
  • check_circle You will continue to have access to paid features until your subscription expires.
  • check_circle After expiration, your account may be downgraded to a free plan (if available) or restricted.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

3. Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the subscription period has started.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for refund consideration only under exceptional circumstances, subject to review by our support team.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

4. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be approved in cases such as:

  • check_circle Accidental multiple charges
  • check_circle Technical issues that prevent access to the platform and cannot be resolved by our support team
  • check_circle Billing errors caused by BizInvoice

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • check_circle Lack of usage
  • check_circle Failure to cancel before renewal
  • check_circle Business performance expectations
  • check_circle User error or misunderstanding of features
  • check_circle Temporary internet connectivity issues
  • check_circle Third-party service disruptions beyond our control

6. Free Trial (If Applicable)

If BizInvoice offers a free trial:

  • check_circle Users are encouraged to fully evaluate the platform during the trial period.
  • check_circle No charges will be made during the trial unless otherwise stated.
  • check_circle Once a paid subscription begins, the standard refund policy applies.

7. Automatic Renewals

Certain subscription plans may renew automatically.

By subscribing, you authorize BizInvoice to charge the applicable subscription fee at each renewal period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

It is your responsibility to manage subscription renewals.

8. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • check_circle Actual credit timing may depend on your payment provider or bank.
  • check_circle Any applicable transaction fees charged by payment processors may be deducted where permitted by law.

9. Account Termination by BizInvoice

If BizInvoice suspends or terminates an account due to violation of our Terms & Conditions, the user will generally not be entitled to a refund.

10. Data Access After Cancellation

After subscription expiration or account closure:

  • check_circle Certain data may remain available for a limited period.
  • check_circle Users are encouraged to export and back up their data before cancellation.

BizInvoice is not responsible for data loss resulting from failure to export data before account closure.

11. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
